Crystal Wiles is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and wound care provider with more than 15 years of expertise in family and geriatric medicine. She also maintains a master’s in nurse education.
She began her career as a provider practicing and overseeing the care of critically ill home-based patients. Over the last several years, she has been responsible for providing primary care services to patients in clinics, homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
Through her diverse experience, she witnessed healthcare being directed more towards quotas and reimbursement and away from what is important: quality patient care. Crystal strongly believes in the benefits of allowing patients to have an informed and active role in their health. This approach takes time, and strict quotas make it increasingly difficult.
So, Crystal took a HUGE leap of faith and created her independent clinic. Dragonfly Primary Care allows her to truly partner with her patients without being weighed down by corporate infrastructure that steals the focus from what matters. Now she can treat acute illnesses and play a more significant role in the prevention side of healthcare.
Rachel has been working in the medical field for several years. She joins Dragonfly Primary Care as head receptionist.
Rachel was born and raised in Indianapolis. She graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a bachelor of science degree. She resides in Franklin Township with her husband and three children: two gorgeous girls and one rambunctious boy.
When not spending time with family and her three dogs, Rachel enjoys reading, painting, and helping those in need.
Caleb is the proud husband of Crystal Wiles. The couple founded Dragonfly Primary Care together in 2021.
He graduated with a bachelor of arts from Franklin College in pure mathematics and secondary math education. After beginning his career as a high school math teacher, he transitioned to the world of educational assessment.
Caleb also works as a magician, primarily performing at corporate events and private parties in the Indianapolis area. He has written numerous books on sleight-of-hand magic, and his original magic tricks are performed by magicians worldwide, including on international television specials. In fact, he was featured twice as a performer on the popular CW Network show, Penn & Teller’s Fool Us.
In 2020, Caleb founded Magic for a Cause, a non-profit that partners with charitable organizations to help them reach their fundraising goals.
