Our focus on health promotion seeks to motivate patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.

Crystal’s journey as a provider began in critical care, where she provided and oversaw treatment for home-based patients with complex medical needs. Over the years, she expanded her practice to include primary care in clinics, homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living settings. Through these experiences, she saw firsthand how corporate-driven quotas and administrative burdens were shifting the focus away from what truly matters—quality patient care.
Determined to make a difference, Crystal took a leap of faith and founded Dragonfly Primary Care. Her independent clinic allows her to spend the time necessary with each patient, providing personalized, preventative, and acute care without the constraints of corporate healthcare systems. She believes that patients should have an informed and active role in their health, and she is committed to making that a reality.

“I strongly believe in educating my patients and their families to allow for them to have better outcomes. I want to give my patients the impression they are my only patient for the day and spend the time they need to feel comforted and educated.” - Sammy
Sammy lives in Franklin Township with her husband Chad and their son, Sullivan. They have two goldendoodles, Hercules and Mia. She loves to spend her free time with family, outdoors, or working out.

Born in India and raised in California, Preet now calls Indiana home, where she lives with her husband and daughter. She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin College in pure mathematics and secondary math education. After beginning his career as a high school math teacher, he transitioned to the world of educational assessment. He now works full-time for Dragonfly Primary Care.
Caleb is also a magician, primarily performing at corporate events and private parties in the Indianapolis area. He has written numerous books on sleight-of-hand magic, and his original magic tricks are performed by magicians worldwide, including on international television specials. In fact, he was featured twice as a performer on the popular CW Network show, Penn & Teller’s Fool Us.
In 2020, Caleb founded Magic for a Cause, a non-profit that partners with charitable organizations to help them reach their fundraising goals. Additional money raised by his nonprofit is used to send free magic kits to families with children in need (e.g. children’s hospitals, foster care group homes).
